Digital Leadership

T3T Plus on Digital Leadership with Guest Speaker Zoe Amar

Our first T3T Plus for 2017 will be on the subject of Digital Leadership and we are delighted to welcome leading digital expert Zoe Amar.

Zoe is founder of Zoe Amar Communications, whose clients include Breast Cancer Care and The School for Social Entrepreneurs. She is co author of the Charity Commission’s digital guidance for trustees, ‘Making Digital Work' and amongst other roles writes for The Guardian on voluntary sector digital issues. She will share her digital expertise with us and talk on the following key points:

§  What is a digital leader?

§  How does digital fit into marketing, fundraising and comms?

§  What do you need to consider when developing a digital strategy? 

§  What does it take to lead digital change?

§  What does digital mean for you as leaders or aspiring leaders?

§  What are the key digital trends for the charity sector? 

The event is aimed at all organisations but especially small and emerging charities. Please join us and get engaged in this discussion.

Request for Papers

We're receiving proposals for speakers in the following streams:

The Nuts and Bolts of compliance - How are you making the FPS and GDPR changes work in practice. Have you got do's and dont's or good experience you would like to share?

New Fundraising New Tech: - With the advent of opt-in only and a rise in new and anonymous giving - what happens to your data strategy and digital capabilities - how are you deploying digital technology to support fundraising?

Technology management: - speaking each other’s language - how do you smooth the working relationship between technical and non-technical teams to deliver better results? What communication challenges have you faced in project delivery?

We would love to hear from you.

Sessions are 45 minutes. Your project need not be perfect, all lessons learnt and experience gained will be valuable to share with the group.
